Adding some info about Spectacle

Im going to add that mention right now and add to an alternative app for windows too. Changing the Screenshot too. 👌

@nelsonic I was trying to add the Image in the Spectacle file by simply drag in to the file but don't work.

Drag-and-drop does not work in the Atom Editor. (sadly...) But dragging into a GitHub issue Comment and then copying the URL works. That's how we do it for all our projects.
