Add Templating to the Site

So far the website redesign has been built just using HTML/ CSS. As we move on to the second page (the 'Values' page), would we like to start using templating or shall I duplicate parts of the page such as the navbar and footer?

If we are going to start using templating, what means would we like to use?

Requirements:

• [ ] Header
• [ ] Footer
• [ ] Blog template
