Has any research been done on other gitbots such as https://github.com/github/hubot ?

link also to #4 (Mention Bot from Facebook). I had a look around but couldn't find a nice Github reviewer bot, but I will look again and create a list of similar existing tools:

https://github.com/github/hubot https://hubot.github.com/, I think it's a chat bot, I don't think this bot is able to check issues on pr and comment on them. However this bot can be extend with scripts so a bit more research needs to be done on it.
https://github.com/facebook/mention-bot, "Automatically mention potential reviewers on pull requests. " It's a nice feature but we want dwylbot to have more features and to follow rules of contribution

@markwilliamfirth agree that we might need to spend a bit more time researching existing tools again as it can help us build dwylbot.

@markwilliamfirth good question. I did some basic searching for "GitHub Workflow Automation" and didn't find anything worth considering.
