Check that it works properly in a phoenix application #23

Now that we've got the module up on Hex, we should make sure it works in an actual phoenix app!

Turns out it worked due to some fiddling which I had forgotten I'd done in the project, so have published 0.1.2 and am making a PR with further instruction for the users.
