It's also interesting that Andrew Roberts deliberately gained 25kg by eating that junk
so that he could better empathise with his Personal Training clients.
What the video doesn't cover is the system he used to lose the weight he gained.
He gives a few basics but not really the in-depth steps. Maybe that's content for another video or "online course" ... 🙄
