This fasting tracker app was recommended on a podcast I was listening to today: Zero - Fasting Tracker by Courtney Circle https://appsto.re/gb/-v5Ofb.i
Good research for useful functionality in a health app :+1: (it's 'free')
Yeah, this was all the hype a few weeks ago... https://medium.com/@kevinrose/introducing-zero-a-new-app-to-help-you-fast-209935e8245d I didn't install it because Apple does not let me (because my credit card expired on my iTunes account... and even though I'm credit because I got a voucher as a gift ages ago, they still don't let me install FREE apps...!)
Fasting diet 'regenerates diabetic pancreas' http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-39070183
yeah, was reading that this morning... 😉
"People spend five days on a low calorie, low protein, low carbohydrate but high unsaturated-fat diet."

Strange-looking cover art, but overwhelming positive customer reviews:
Wonder what they have to say in 255 pages ... 💭 Published in 2006 and hasn't been updated since ... Probably worth owning as a reference, but unlikely to have more info than the podcast above. Cut out the processed food, drink water, do a fast for a day and give the body a break.
