Ever since @mk4111 told me about Cold-Steeping Green Tea last year, I've been a fan. ❤️

Turns out there is Data to support that it's the healthiest way of preparing tea to get the most antioxidants: https://nutritionfacts.org/video/cold-steeping-green-tea (click on "View Transcript") related video: https://youtu.be/RVvw5kiO8u8 image "catechins": https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Catechin

Several of the comments on YT highlight that boiling the water is the best way to ensure that no bacteria is present, however (I suspect that) most Tea is heat/steam-treated in the processing plant so risk of bacteria in the tea is minimal. see: Tea Processing vid: https://youtu.be/fjy8khjLJHs image

Conclusion: going to continue cold-steeping my green/white tea until data suggests otherwise. 🍵
