At present the storage under the “long” kitchen is dire.

I propose placing a shelf there to allow for organising.

Indeed. I got tired of waiting for a (higher) priority label and just got it done a couple of months ago now. 👌

Glad I made the extra basic drawers for the cake moulds. Much tidier and easier to find stuff. ✅

See, I see tidying / systems as "Time Multipliers" that should be prioritised ASAP so they pay "time dividends" immediately. Because wasting time looking for things and frustration of not finding something is super lame ... 😢

If it were up to me we put down everything else and just focus on systems for as long as it takes to get everything running like a Swiss Watch. ⌚ Everything with a dedicated space and labeled. Nothing ever out-of-place. E-V-E-R.
