Should we recommend that all our prospective clients (and team members) read Lean Startup? #106

There are still way too many people who we work with who have not read (or only skimmed) the Lean Startup and as a result are not fully aware of the method ... should we be encouraging people a bit more...?

The Lean Startup Visual Summary

Also a few good questions/answers on Quora: https://www.quora.com/pinned/Lean-Startups

Are there better / more recent books about MVPs and Validated Learning?

Let's write a blog post about it!

Thanks for changing this back to the original title which makes a lot more sense @rub1e 🎉

A blog post would be great as something to point clients to when they don't 'have time' to read the whole book.

A blog post summarising the book is a good idea. My original question was whether we should be recommending the book or one of the many summaries to our prospective clients.

Because almost everyone we work with wants all the features/ideas to be built before showing the App to target users ... which wastes everyone's time! 💸

There are quite a few good video summaries on YouTube e.g: image https://youtu.be/QaoVWtLX038

This is a great interview/discussion on Lean Startup and Design Thinking: image https://youtu.be/bvFnHzU4_W8 I genuinely don't understand how/why this particular video has so few "views"!
