There is a draft in a plain, 2 page word document that was never really circulated and is pretty dry.

@rub1e Could you please take a look and see if there's anything useful in there that is not already contained in repos and if so, this (as with everything we do) should be a markdown file in HQ.

@rub1e as Inês says/asks please see if there is anything salvageable in this.

Please bare in mind that while we might only have a handful of "core" team members now, we are "gearing up" to "on-board" many more people in the coming months/years @home Our ultimate aim is to have an "on-boarding" tool + FAQ + wiki baked into our App. Of which the "employee handbook" (still cannot stand the word "employee"!) will be included. So that rather than having a static book, we will have a "living" App that will help members of the team "navigate" their lives within the org.
