@iteles I'm pretty serious... lets re-visit in March when the bank is refueled ... :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: though we probably don't want to get on MSFT "radar" ... @tunnckoCore hope your exams went well! :+1:

Yea, almost.. 3 of 6 finished and they weren't so hard, but in anyway I always trying to separate the work and university, lol. Sometimes i'm thinking.. "it's strange that i study geography, but work in IT.. huh" :laughing: But maybe.. because of that, that they are two different worlds, is the cool thing.

With regards to the DO WHAT YOU LOVE trade mark

WeWork were granted the trade mark for this in Dec 2015. It covers classes 35, 36, 41, 42, 45

PERANI & PARTNERS SPA were also granted an image mark with the phrase in 2016

We could file an application for the software class if we decide to do this.

I'm in no rush to trademark DO WHAT YOU LOVE because I don't see us expanding the acronym very often... it is ironic that we were using the expression before "WeWork" though ... and that this issue was opened before they were granted it... 😞

Yep. Also assigned to me before the trademark was granted. Too bad I didn't prioritise it 😕

Posting above as WIPO got back to me by email

This means we could still trademark it for "software" class.

@iteles do we want to reconsider this?

@markwilliamfirth Yes :+1: It might not be what we want to be known by but the association is evident and advantageous. How much is the UK Trademark?

dependent on cost we should consider applying for the TM on the Phrase for Software. (It's a real shame that "WeWork" got it in the other categories ... 😞 )
