The level of complexity at which your thinking has to happen means that you are using your writing to do your thinking. You do not do all your thinking before you start writing.

The disconnect is that you use certain writing patterns when you're writing as you're thinking but then readers use a different pattern to read it.

  1. You slow down (re-read)
  2. You don't understand what you're reading
  3. You get aggravated
  4. You stop reading

But you have no idea how to handle that problem. That's what this video is about (stopped at 11:30 in the video after breakfast).
