When I opened this repo, I wasn't sure about the name.
Yes, it's about leadership, but does the word leadership really convey what this repo is about?
The vast majority of the people asked about what comes to mind for the word leadership think of an individual at the top of a hierarchy. A large number think of benevolence, but certainly not all and this will depend on individuals' circumstances:
Dictators. They want to stop us from doing things [...] put us into place and turn us into robots.
This repo is about helping people learn how to better themselves; how to step up and how to lead in their own worlds and their own responsibilities, whether they're at the top of a hierarchy or a team member in a flat one, whether it's at home or in business.
It's not about some 'big gun' hanging out at the top of a food chain.
So how do we convey this?
And should we change the name of this repo to do so?
good-leadership?
servant-leadership?
leadership-for-all?
