Add Livebook #195

Can you review the addition of Livebook?

  1. added the ".livemd" file
  2. modified Readme to handle Livebook. -> the contents: added install / Livebook -> In the "how" paragraph, added a button link to Fly.io + howto -> a Livebook install + a button to upload and run the Livebook locally

I forgot to remove a useless action button in the .livemd. I will push a new version. The links however still need to be checked in-situ.
