Add hits badge to the repo #108

As someone who makes learning resources I want to see the number of users who are viewing my resources So that I know where to invest my time best.

I would like to add the hits badge from https://github.com/dwyl/hits-elixir to the top of the readme of this repo so that we can gauge its popularity.
