Elm illustration to add to break up the text of the readme #111

elm-intro I've created this illustration for the Elm readme, perhaps for the 'what?' section.

I wasn't sure what text was best to put into the speech and so am happy to change this, but I was wondering if anyone else had any thoughts?

Also, I don't know if the speech should replace some other text or be in conjunction with it?

@Cleop ❤️ that you've opened this! 🎉

As an MVP I'd be happy to Ship it! however idea raises more questions than it answers:

Thanks :sparkles: @nelsonic for the feedback, and @iteles who I spoke to here. Your thoughts were both pretty similar and correspond with some of my own.

So I think these could be useable but I agree we want to create an encouraging environment for discussion not 'type casting' people by gender etc. into certain roles. So if I keep going with feedback perhaps I can create a range from which we can pick and choose.

@Cleop As well as the above, I really like your idea of taking something that we find ourselves often repeating (like, as you pointed out, our constant requests to open issues) that we can use as a consistent reminder across repos 🙌

Perhaps this is another one to add to the collection: untitled_artwork 3

@Cleop Is that a self-portrait???

@YvesMuyaBenda - Haha not intentionally but perhaps subconsciously! I can see what you mean!
