Minor flow updates #115

This PR is an initial read through the whole learn-elm README. It:

Updates links
Removes the wording around elm 'not even being on the radar' as people can see this from the SO survey already and it doesn't add to the README
Corrects typos

I fell at the hello world hurdle (coming up with a blank screen) so I'm going to start with https://github.com/dwyl/learn-elm-architecture-in-javascript and come back to learn-elm to then go through all the examples!
