Hi @SimonLab & @iteles I've written a quick intro (tutorial) for elm-ui It starts from scratch and goes into a bit more depth than other elm-ui tutorials I've seen.

Hi @iteles & @SimonLab, I've finished the introduction to elm-ui. Rather than make this PR even longer (it's already 3.5k words...), I'm going to split the more advanced tutorial into a separate PR.
