I'm increasingly thinking that in order to add value we need something like a mini-project to explain JSON Schema ...

Proposal: Use JSON Schema to re-do the hapi-login plugin?

I think this is a good idea. A small step by step project would explain a lot and show the Schema's importance. Maybe a smart scale version like this http://jeremydorn.com/json-editor/
