I'm now using mainly Fly instead of Heroku for deploying Phoenix applications as Heroku had some issues with review apps recently. We could do some research on how to do review apps on Fly, see https://community.fly.io/t/review-apps/4226

Closing for now as I don't think it is relevant anymore.
