Enhance Readme #15

Hi @iteles, I've updated the readme to add a couple of sections including a "Top 10 Reasons to use Phoenix". Add a couple of images to make it more friendly (that seems to work for our other tutorials...) e.g: image and image

Hopefully this is a bettererer intro. I'm going to work on a simple example app next.... 😉 (but will create another branch/PR for that...!)
