Ideally, if we're recommending a paid-for tool, we'd want to try it ourselves first to see if it's worth a recommendation. But if we're just using it as an example of one of many paid-for tools, I would look to link to an article/blog post detailing a few of them rather than endorsing one (with appropriate disclaimers as you say)!
An important part of successful SEO seems to be knowing how to apply the right tools to research keywords or analyse your site. Unfortunately quite a few of the most popular tools seem to be paid-for.
I'm not sure where dwyl stand on including paid for resources and tools in learn repos -- should we stick to only free resources or can we also include paid-for apps (with appropriate warnings)?
