Gives beginners a starting point #22

As described in both #16 and #17, the tachyons docs are amazing for reference if you already know what can be done and what you want to do.

If you just want to play with tachyons and understand a bit more about it to determine whether you want to put the time into going through the docs thoroughly, there isn't really a starting point.

These sections aim to provide that.

@nelsonic I was going to add a table of contents but haven't had a chance yet. Will add an issue for that now though and get a separate PR going as I think this is becoming hard to navigate 👍
