updates misleading wording #21

originally there was an empty test directory for the person doing the tutorial to put their files in, but I forgot about git not tracking empty directorys so had to update the readme to tell the learner to create that directory themselves. as discussed here: https://github.com/dwyl/learn-tape/pull/20#discussion_r126273220 in PR #20
