I think we can make our own using a combination of the off-the-shelf parts and our laser cutter for the acrylic/perspex sheets. We could assemble a much larger dome with all the cool features shown in the videos above for a lot less cash.

This could be a great way of getting a decent size greenhouse. I just think the traditional style greenhouses are a bit of an eyesore on small(ish) farm. Hence my preference for Geodesic. 💭

I calculate that we could build a 10m diameter dome using Cedar wood and these Poly panels for €2k (materials). It would take T1week of cut+assembly time for 2 people.
