Remove deprecated module #14

While writing up the readme for this tutorial I realised the one of the modules I was using to create the ets table when the application started was deprecated. Supervisor.Spec in the StoreFinder.Application module is the culprit.

Look into an alternative way of doing this. The message directs us to here so I will start looking here.

Turned out to be a fairly quick change. Opened pr with update.
