Big dough ball:

going to chop it up and measure out 250g dough balls now. โŒ›๏ธ

Made 6 identical 250g dough balls:

And there was 93g left over:

which I will make into a mini pizza for our littlest team member. ๐Ÿ‘ถ

put them all back in the fridge to finish proofing:

Weโ€™ve made this recipe a few times now and itโ€™s been decent. But I want to figure out how to eliminate the yeast and instead have a sourdough starter: https://github.com/dwyl/pizza/issues/5
