Coop banking feed into Xero #127

Adds the process for updating the Co-operative banking feed in Xero https://github.com/dwyl/hq/issues/414 and puts it in the correct location (more or less!) in accordance with #123.

@rub1e I also created the Finances folder but I haven't created any specific folders inside it yet. I wasn't even quite sure which one to include it in. I'll leave that to you as part of the full restructuring in #123!

Re process - yikes! This is mental - would it be easier if we went back to a paper ledger?

Re PR - just one thing - when you say "manually merge columns", how are you doing that? With a + or a concat() - or copy/paste - or what?

☝️ Just let me know and I'll update and merge it

Re folders - yeah, I have to copy/paste everything into new docs anyway so leave it with me!

Manually merge: I mean with a copy paste of the information from one column into the other such that the final column now contains a concatenation of the information of the two columns 👍
