Rename file to clarify that this is about filing your own accounts yourself - preparing everything to hand over to accountants will be documented separately per https://github.com/dwyl/hq/issues/461

If that's the case then don't apply a priority-5 label to the PR, just leave priority off. It sends the wrong message if people are working on low-priority and also informs people that documentation is not a priority when it is one of the most important things.
