Why don't we have issue templates that POs follow?

This would prevent the really short and detail-lacking issues without acceptance criteria and train POs to properly use the system and save them time and the team time

Something along the lines of:

As a... I would like... So that...

1 - this appears to be a duplicate. I think this issue is more up to date than #1 with our current advised structure.
