6 years ago @iteles Actually, Karen said that she does it deliberately the way I did it by accident (!):
- put wages down to wages
- put ALL tax down to PAYE, and then
- split the PAYE at the end of the year all in one go.
Reason being simply that it's fiddly and tedious, so easier to just run a report once a year and back-fill it.
But this is the joy I'll be experiencing next week - so I'll take a view as to which is quicker then, and write up corresponding process :+1:
Updates previous process of paying dwylers and HMRC individually to paying in one batch with only one OTP needed
Will eventually be updated if I find a way to export the batch from Xero into Santander, but this will do until then
