Tidy up "How?" Section of README.md #16

At present the How? section of the readme is quite messy ... 😕 It's basically a "brain dump" of everything I was thinking at the time I wrote it ... 📥 With a couple of pomodoros of effort, I think we can tidy it up quite well. 📝
