This is an example of how Amazon, the e-commerce Giant with Billions in Global Revenue does not have a Kaizen Process for the UX of their Customer-Service Email.

In a company with an "open culture" a (reasonably competent and UX-interested) customer could flag this issue and send them a Pull Request to update/improve the email template...

removing bug label as this isn't a "bug" in the sendemail package, but rather a UX fail we need to be aware of when crafting our own emails.
