Fixes #44

Making env2 a dev dependency
No longer requiring 'env2' in index.js
Requiring it in test.js instead

Woop thanks for this @shouston3 - we use a env.json instead of .env so this was just pasting a big colourful NOT FOUND warning in our console every time it ran :) Will be glad not to have that any more
