Implement Display Features #8

For our display to be useful, we need to implement MVP features! (https://github.com/dwyl/smart-home-security-system/issues/12)

For the firmware, these are:

Display a hello stranger message when an unknown card is recognised.
When a recognised device is scanned, display "Welcome {Name}! Your access has been granted."

Todo:

[x] Implement a client for reading door events
[x] Send these events to the display manager - removed display manager
[x] Add events to Scenic graph
