Building software projects "without writing code" is not a new concept; there is a whole category of Graphical user interface builders which have been available since the mid-nineties. What is relatively "new" is the user-friendliness of these web-based tools means that non-technical people with ideas can "build" their idea and test something without hiring a developer.
So the Question is: Should we be encouraging non-technical people to build their "Concierge MVP" using a tool like "Bubble" or even Google Forms/Sites/Sheets ?
