Bootstrap features some general html guidance in the 'Overview' section such as: Do we want to include these things so our guide is complete or are we only interested in the CSS/ tachyons examples?

@cleop good question. Our objective is to be as beginner-friendly as possible so including the HTML setup instructions can be useful. Alsways think: what is more likely to confuse a beginner? Will including the HTML confuse or clarify? 😉
