Test and record test in Internet Explorer #40

As a user of this components collections I would like to know which versions of IE it works in and see it as part of #9 so that I can be sure this is the case - seeing is believing!

Feedback from IE testing

9 - Edge all look the same (from a quick once over) and works fine apart from the amount image and some instances of the disabled field where you can delete or amend the text despite it supposedly being disabled. It seems to work in another instance (see the image with the green tick) so should be resolvable.

8 looks quite different in places where I think the padding has vanished and also you can't stack some of the grid content, see image:

@iteles - would you like these points (some or all) fixed before we launch? I forget whether these fields work or not on IE on the getbootstrap site but I will check because I don't think we'd have chosen to do anything specifically different when it comes to using tachyons to disable a field it should just be HTML.
