[x] At the moment the resource does not specifically tell people how to add the tachyons script to their project. There is a link to learn-tachyons but considering how simple this step is and that some people may not find/ follow that link, I think that it would be worthwhile including the tachyons link somewhere on the site/ repo.

@iteles @nelsonic thoughts?
