PR COLORS: Create colors.html for #72 #73

This PR:

[x] creates a new file called colors.html which has a table of the built-in colors available in Tachyons. See: #72

@SimonLab I'm busy building a Status Page https://github.com/dwyl/auth/issues/176 and needed colors in the UI. ⏳ So created this quick PR to add the list of colors to our Bootstrap page. 🌈
