Benchmark Before Starting

The project we have with the slowest running test suite is closed source 😞 But we do have a couple of popular open source projects with a decent number of tests where we can trial this. e.g:

• https://travis-ci.org/dwyl/hapi-login-example-postgres#L617 16 tests in 2.4s (inc PostgreSQL read/write)
• https://github.com/dwyl/hapi-socketio-redis-chat-example must add tap-spec for time estimate (including Redis & SocketIO)
