Bird Box Design

Really want to encourage as many birds in our city garden as possible so that it feels more like nature.

Requirements

• [ ] Reasonably cheap to mass-produce e.g: €3/unit ...?
• [ ] Durable - should last as long as possible without maintenance
• [ ] Easy to assemble without any advanced tools, only:
  • wood glue
  • wall-mounting screws
  • tree-mounting cable-ties or nylon string

Desirable

• [ ] Area to place bird feed to encourage nesting
• [ ] Water bowl?
• [ ] Cuttable on affordable laser e.g. K40 - so that anyone can benefit from the design.
• [ ] Customizable - e.g: add image or text if wanted
• [ ] One side in Acrylic/Perspex so that the birds can be seen?
• [ ] Camera Mounting?
