I've extracted the following BOM from the eagle files, which may be nice for others:

I can't find the HSMS-285R schottky diode online (farnell, digikey, aliexpress, conrad). Is there a more accessible replacement part?

Hey that's awesome, thanks for doing that. I will have to check the footprint later, but I believe the NUP4302MR6 that the jtagulator uses will work http://www.mouser.com/ds/2/308/NUP4302MR6-99757.pdf

I just got the NUP4302MR6 in, its too big its a tsop6 package. Any idea for a replacement part that is easy to get,? I have the board build except for this one part.

I wish I had more info to help here. I made this project a few years ago for a company that I don't work for anymore. I don't have any boards anymore. If anyone figures it out I'll happily update the repo.
