Description Summary of changes:

New Status Tag implementation.
Removed Ready tag from every component. If a component doesn't have a status, it is considered as ready for development.
Removed New tag of the ref prop from several components.
NOT DONE YET. Updated the @dxc-technology/halstack-react package on website to the latest version.

Closes #1588 and #1590
