Purpose To see the latest changes made on the Toggle Group component.

Description

Update @dxc-technology/halstack-react from 10.0.0 to the next version.
Also, some improvements were made to the Halstack site in responsive scenarios.
Dialog examples updated due to the removal of the padding prop.
