Update Autosuggest listbox option active state #1806

Description The :active state of an option in the list of suggestions of a Text Input doesn't have the same value as the Listbox of the Select component. Since it is the same design, we need to be consistent. The task here is to update the value of the token activeListOptionBackgroundColor from color-grey-300 (#cccccc) to color-grey-200 (#e6e6e6) and the specification in the site.
