QuickNav links prop description should specify the links level limit #1810

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Quicknav only shows links of level 1 and 2 due to design restrictions, but this is not documented.

Describe the solution you'd like This links level limit should be documented in Quicknav documentation.
