Added automatic accessibility testing

Description Added the following tools:

• axe-playwright
• jest-axe
• @storybook/addon-a11y

Additional context A quick call with the whole team will be done before opening the PR in order to prepare a quick demo

I am currently working on updating all the accessibility jest-axe tests to contain the maximum configuration. (And also adding the ones for the new components)
