Investigate & study the possibility of using the Action icon in other components #1932

We are currently only using our internal DxcActionIcon in the tables and the TextInput. I think we should consider the possibility of using it in other components where a very similar button is been used. The list of possible components could be:

Alert (close button)
Dialog (close button)
Date Input (picker)
File Input (file items)
Header
