Contextual menu's selected option's background color is not themable #1975

Selected option's background color is not themable in the contextual menu. We need it to be themable for assure CeDe UI.

We know that the advanced and the opinionated theme were not added for contextual menu due to the tokens refactor that will come soon, but we need them for CeDe UI, since the color must be blue instead of purple.
